Girls on the Run Registration begins February 1st!

Learn, Dream, Live, Run! Girls on the Run is a self esteem fitness program for 3rd-5th grade girls.

  • Discover the benefits of consistent physical exercise and good nutrition.
  • Learn the advantage of positive peer support.
  • Learn to stand up for herself in a healthy manner.
  • Improve her body image and strengthen her sense of identity.
  • Prepare to participate in a 5K-run/walk event.
Each week of this nationally successful curriculum includes:
  • Warm-ups, runnig/walking workout and games.
  • Relevant topics designed especially for pre-teen girls.
  • Two one-hour sessions each week.
  • Healthy treats and snack after every less.
Max 12 participants per group, once the grop is filled, we will not be able to add participants.
